Location: Gurgaon

Requirement: BE/Btech /MCA with 4+ years experience in the QA preferably in product based company

Skills:

• Basic understanding of web based systems /Applications
• Meticulous and structured approach to testing business critical end-to-end processes or Applications
• Good understanding of entire Testing Life cycle and processes
• Experience in performing functional testing, regression testing and performance testing
• Experience in creating test cases/scenarios
• Ability to find problems and defects fast
• Assess quality and understand associated risks
• Skilled to go beyond the basic test script and hunt down issues
• Competent and creative in use of the technology and supporting tools for testing purposes
• Good written and spoken communication skill in English and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member or individual contributor
• Creation of detailed documentation including test plans and test case scenarios identifying Pass and failure criteria.
• Methodical approach to working through test plans and clearly detailing test results.
• Exp. in directly working with International clients participated in con-calls, setting up meetings with the clients, delivering status reports, gathering requirements over web meetings, con-calls and converting them to test cases.
• Must have worked as a lead for small teams of upto 5 people.

Desirable: Experience of using a functional Testing Tool (e.g. QTP, Selenium) is desirable and ability to create robust and reusable test scripts to build up a comprehensive test script library.
